Ms. Wells

With 20 years of experience in education, Michelle Wells brings a deep commitment to student growth, teacher development, and academic excellence. She began her career after earning a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Lincoln University, followed by a master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Carson-Newman University.

Throughout her career, Michelle Wells has served in a wide range of roles, including classroom teacher (K–5), middle school special education teacher, RTI teacher (K–8), RTI Coordinator, Instructional Coach, Mentor Teacher, Data Coach, and EC Program Specialist. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of student needs, instructional strategies, and school-wide improvement practices.

As Assistant Principal, she is passionate about fostering a positive school culture, supporting teacher effectiveness, and ensuring all students reach their full potential.
